If Chris Kempczinski ceases to be the CEO of McDonald’s Corporation at any time prior to the listed time of 11:59 PM ET, this market will settle as “Yes.” Otherwise, this market will settle as “No.” Any announcement of Kempczinski’s resignation or removal prior to this market’s expiration date will immediately settle this market as “Yes,” regardless of when the announced resignation or removal takes effect. The resolution of this market will be determined by official authorities.
