SezgiX ("we", "the platform") respects the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. We enforce this policy to protect copyright holders' rights and defend our users against bad-faith claims.

<h3>1. DMCA Designated Agent</h3>

<h3>2. Valid DMCA Notice Requirements</h3>

For your notice to be processed, it must include (per DMCA §512(c)(3)):

<li>Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent</li>

<li>Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed</li>

<li>Full URL and description of the alleged infringing material on our platform</li>

<li>Contact information of the complainant (name, address, phone, email)</li>

<li>Good-faith statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"</li>

<li>Accuracy statement (under penalty of perjury): "The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner"</li>

</ol>

Important: Incomplete or bad-faith notices are not processed. False DMCA claims are a criminal offense (DMCA §512(f)).

<h3>3. Your Counter-Notice Right</h3>

If your content was removed due to a wrongful DMCA claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

<li>Your physical or electronic signature</li>

<li>Identification of the removed content and its location before removal</li>

<li>Good-faith statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification"</li>

<li>Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to U.S. federal court jurisdiction</li>

<li>If the claimant does not withdraw their DMCA notice, content will be restored within 10-14 business days</li>

<h3>4. Repeat Infringer Policy</h3>

Per DMCA §512(i), accounts of users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will be terminated. All complaints undergo internal review against bad-faith reports.

<h3>5. Polymarket / Third-Party Data Sources</h3>

SezgiX uses only publicly accessible data from contracted data sources (e.g., Polymarket public Gamma API). We do not use third-party trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.

<h3>6. Legal Statement</h3>

SezgiX is a prediction market platform. Most content consists of user-generated forecasts, comments, and news summaries. We benefit from OSP (Online Service Provider) safe harbor protection under DMCA §512(c).

We exercise our counter-notice rights for wrongful or fraudulent DMCA notices and reserve the right to pursue legal action when necessary.
