The bench has been unveiled at St Martin's Primary School, Guernsey, where Matthew Girard attended. More than 11,000 pre-loved Lego bricks were donated by the community for the project.
His family said he loved Lego, and Matthew's mum, Sarah, added: "It is just going to be unique and hopefully a lasting tribute.
